But in saying that, these regular low sugar ones work well for my mom who is in her 80’s. These help her with her daily intake. She has a lot more energy and endurance on a daily basis. She suffers from chronic aches and pains daily. These help her immensely daily to help get out of bed, and to do daily activities. I’m not a green juice kinda person so the idea of a gummy being an equivalent for health sounded interesting. I started taking a GLP-1 a little over a month ago and I dreaded the thought of constipation so I started Grüns for that sole reason. However the benefits all around are worth the hype. I don’t have a stellar diet, and these gummies make sure that I’m getting the nutrients I need while losing weight. They’re easy to grab and have in the morning on my way to work, or as a sweet little beneficial treat to have after lunch. I feel better overall and I know it’s benefitting my body as I work to achieve overall better health.
