[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m only a week in and have broke out in some weird breakout rash which doctors can’t even explain (I never break out) it’s all on my forehead, nose and chin, my neck and right shoulder going down to my chest. They haven’t done much for “movements” but have caused a lot of gas and bloating. They do taste good for those wondering the taste. I personally think they taste like sugar, they do have a grainy texture when chewing but nothing alarming. I’m hoping this breakout situation goes away soon but if not I’m gunna stop these. Same for the gas and bloating I was better off with senna at this point. Hasn’t helped with making things regular yet.

I took them daily going on 45 days nothing ….. I cancel subscription after the second bag came in ….

This takes the struggle out of it and I feel so energized. I have gotten more things checked off my to-do list in the last 7 days than the last 7 months and it's not a caffeine burst.
