One bag was with all mostly dried out gummies and an opaque color and this last bag was a more clear bright green color, a lot more plump and Juicy and had a sugary crunch to it. I’m just hoping I’m giving my family the right thing for their bodies. I need to check the website and take a look at the ingredients again. I was hoping this would be the link in getting more greens into my child and husband. Thanks!

When I first started Grüns, the taste threw me off a little, but today I barely even noticed the aftertaste. Guess I’m getting used to it. Bathroom update (because let’s be real, that matters): I went, but it wasn’t laxative-like at all—just normal. Hoping it stays that way. For context, I’m 12 weeks into GLP-1s. Around week 8 the side effects kicked in—acid reflux, constipation, and lately I realized I probably wasn’t getting enough nutrients. That’s why I started Grüns. Six days in, things are definitely moving in the right direction. Let’s see what the next week brings.
