I can’t get down the green powders but I know how good it is for you and I am always constipated. I’ve battled for over 30 years. I have never in my life received so many messages over a product. It’s literally just a vitamin. Please calm down. It annoyed me so much that I cancelled my subscription today after a YEAR of purchases. I actually didn’t hate the vitamins at all. The taste was fine, but the product was very inconsistent for the price. Most of the time, they’d come hard and oxidized rather than fresh, shiny & soft.
