Hoping to cut back on the variety of supplements I take. I think I notice some changes to energy level. Time will tell with overall health.

There are no bold flavors, nothing fruity or candy like. They taste like what they are, a simple gummy trying to sneak vegetables into your routine. What they do well is convenience. No mixing, no blender cleanup, and no thick green sludge that makes you question your life choices. If you do not enjoy greens powders, this is a much easier option. On the flip side, do not expect dramatic results or superpowers. I did not suddenly feel like I could run a marathon or become one with a kale garden. The taste is more “nutritional supplement” than “treat,” but that is fine. They deliver nutrients in a simple, low effort way. Would I buy them again? Yes, especially during busy weeks when vegetables mysteriously disappear from my meals and I tell myself I will “eat better tomorrow.” These help bridge the gap without any effort. I was pleasantly surprised that I liked these gummies. Am seeing some difference with the battle against Ozempic in my gut which is a very welcome relief. Can’t tell yet on fatigue and energy but I’m hopeful. Will be ordering another bag. Thanks
