Some packs have squishy easy to chew bear while others have very hard ones that feel and taste stale. Why is that? Also, I haven’t had a response to my request that the subscription be put in hold for a while. I have too many of these in my house right now!

It was either that or constipation. I take gruns every other day and now have normal bowel movements for the first time in my adult life. My bouts of diarrhea have drastically decreased. I recommend gruns to everyone!

But I do want to note that I am not happy at all with the amount of unnecessary marketing communication via text and email. It is way too much and way too frequent. It is enough to make me want to go back to purchasing the product at a more regular frequency at a local store. SERIOUSLY - Please reduce the amount of marketing communications.

My mother just passed and I was with her for the last month. I was constipated the entire time. I tried everything and nothing helped. Day 2 of grind and I finally found relief. I also let my husband try them and he loved them. He hates vegetables so now we both take them!

However, I was pleasantly surprised and relieved that these gummies taste amazing!! I even started getting excited for the next day so I could eat them again! I have a bit more energy now, it’s easier for me to get up in the morning and start my day, and I can tell it’s improved my hair health, too!
