The claims are true. My gut health has never been better ( wink wink) and that’s always an issue for me! It’s also nice to have a delicious gummy snack during the day! My wife and I love the grain’s. As a starter, we both shared the pack. My wife absolutely loves them and has had great success under other hand and have mixed results. I have spina bifida so I have a lack of sensitivity and control, but this has helped me become more regular the key for me is to be predictable with routine so daily. I take my gummy’s and enjoy them knowing I am doing something good for my health.
