Within a week of starting Grüns, I finally started feeling full most of the time. It seems to have also stopped the foul sulfur burps I was having. Definitely would recommend them.

Within three days of taking the gummies, this was no longer an issue. I’m anxiously awaiting the other expected benefits and will report back in a few weeks. I was on vacation for 3 weeks and forgot to pack em, def noticed a difference.Texture is good, standard flavor isn’t bad but the seasonal limited edition flavors are sooo much better! The very first packet of Gruns completely eliminated the nausea and has done so every day since. I know there are other great benefits to the yummy daily snack, but after just 6 days, that is my “ Wow!”. I look forward to future “Wow!” improvements!

Apart from the unpleasant taste, the vitamins were otherwise quite good as far as the nutrients they contained. I'll be looking for a different multivitamin, in the future.
