They tasted good, and within a few days there was clearly a positive impact on my digestive system, better sleep, better energy, as well as increased clarity and focus. I had never liked taking vitamins and supplements because, well, all those pills kinda suck. Grüns takes away the hastle, the waste, and the yuck -- all in one small pack a day. Even if I wasn't on a GLP-1, I would be eating a pack of Grüns a day.
