They taste great and on days where I feel like I’m missing vital nutrients in my diet or don’t get a chance to sit down for a quality meal, at least I know I’ve had my Grüns.

Not to say they taste bad, but more of a naturally sweet taste. I have noticed that as someone with Crohns/Colitis, I have been feeling a lot more "blocked up" than normal.
