This bag i got no sugar, it takes a minute to get use to the taste of gummies with no sugar, for my health. After wa few days I was use to the no sugar and my body adapted. It's the 1st time taking so many vitamins and food at one time and having no reaction from gummies. So far, they haven’t really helped in that aspect. So many reviews say they taste great, I think they taste like vitamins, and there is a slight metal after taste.
