The taste is great and I actually look forward to eating them each day. I’d also like to comment that I have not gotten sick this fall/back to school time and probably the first time in a long time that hasn’t happened.

I loved the raspberry lemonade limited edition flavor so I hope they continue to come out with more flavors too. My morning starts with a protein shake and a Gruns packet. Yum!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is unbelievable.! 1st I haven't been regular since starting GLP1 (on/off) for more than a year. 2nd I am usually a bit foggy in the mornings getting my kids to school like not finding my words, forgetting things, and find it difficult to get them out to the bus. Immediately after starting Gruns, I am regular like everyday going to the bathroom right after my coffee or tea. My mornings are clear now no brain farts, no losing words. And my skin seems plumper. I got the sugar free in the green packet, I don't love the flavor but it's not terrible. Next I will try a new flavor(if available) or go with the not sugar free. I really love this product!!
