I should've tried a different flavor, but then the price went up and decided I didn't need them at that price.

As someone with chronic anemia, the methylated iron in these vitamins have made a big difference. I look forward to eating them every day and often wish I could have more than one packet! They are pricey but I believe they are more bioavailable than the average multivitamin pill.

I am chronically ill and disabled with nine illnesses, including rheumatoid arthritis and recurring meningitis. Anemia of chronic illness doesn't help either. Fatigue is one of the biggest obstacles to letting me function and deal with all the household chores most people do everyday. Within a couple of weeks of taking gruns gummies i saw a real positive change in my energy level. I have energy now!
