Since I just started a GLP-1, I like feeling like I'm filling any nutrient gaps I may have. The taste is... edible. I'm not a huge fan, but can get them down without problem. I guess it's good they don't taste like candy or I might be tempted to eat 2 bags!

Don't let them lie to you. LOL its a VITAMIN GUMMY. It smells like a vitamin gummy has a thick chewy texture sort of like a soft twizzler, and its a bit grainy. Taste is tolerable however for $30 a box i dont feel confident i'll finish the product to see or feel the benefits, because the smell alone YIKES!

People have been mentioning how my face is looking so nice, they ask what am I doing differently. I tell them I do not know- then I remember oh I take Gruns everyday. My husband can tell his energy level is better. Plus, they are a treat for me.

It tastes good. Super easy to take. But for me, I am experiencing a regularity no other probiotic or product has EVER given me. And acid reflux is calming down. I’m 72 YO female and that is a great blessing. I am pleased to say, I like these silly green gummies.

I used to get a cold, bronchitis, strep, or the flu at least twice a year. I have always taken vitamins. When I heard this one was formulated differently AND targeted immunity and gut health, I thought I'd give it a try. I am so glad I did! I have not missed work all school year because of sickness!

My bowel movements were always inconsistent before but now they are on a regular basis. Im no longer skeptical, Gruns really does work and they don't taste bad either. I will continue using them for as long as I can afford them.

Unfortunately being a disabled senior on SS only, I find them to be pricey even when I take advantage of the bulk pricing. I have sadly had to cancel my subscription due to affordability 😢
