As someone with chronic anemia, the methylated iron in these vitamins have made a big difference. I look forward to eating them every day and often wish I could have more than one packet! They are pricey but I believe they are more bioavailable than the average multivitamin pill.

They just taste like they are really wholesome and have good beneficial ingredients for you, but you also can really feel the difference. I love that they are in an individual pack so I can take them on the go to work and they actually really make taking your vitamins a lot of fun . And they taste delicious too!!

Going to try and stomach these and see if there are any real results. I don't think the results will outweigh the taste though!

It makes my busy mornings way less stressful knowing I don't have to make a smoothie or a green drink and that I can just grab a pack and go to get my daily greens and supplements in. That being said, I do find it hard not to think about the packaging waste. As for the health benefits, this I one tool that using on my journey and I've implemented a lot at one time, so I can't speak directly to what benefits are solely coming from the gummies. But I have noticed becoming more regular and having higher energy levels.
