I'm giving it a 4 star bc it will most definitely help you if you're “not regular”…I don't have that problem but will say my schedule now has changed to a couple hours after eating Gruns. Minus 1 star for the taste of the sugar free ones - they're a bit grainy/chalky. I aim to provide updates based on long term health goals.

It appealed to me, I love gummies, but I assumed it would be more hype than not, and so passed it by. However, my girlfriend, who has tummy issues ordered them and got me to try them and I was absolutely shocked at how quickly they helped my rather slow digestion. I tried the strawberry which I previously got too but not totally into the after taste. These are the best and even tough they are sugar free they still taste sweet and don't have an after taste like other non sugar sweeteners do. Highly recommend especially if on a GLP-1!

Gummy bear shape doesn't make me feel like I'm doing a chore. It's more like having a snack. And they honestly have a decent taste. Not sugary like a candy gummy bear. But not too vitamin-y either. Only have been taking for a month. But I can say my hair seems better and I have more energy.
