I’ve noticed more energy overall since before I started taking them. My gut health has improved and all of this is significant as I’m on GLP-1 meds that do tend to keep me from getting all my vitamins from food intake. I live Gruns and would love to see the prices come down to be more accessible to more people because they really do work!

I was on vacation for 3 weeks and forgot to pack em, def noticed a difference.Texture is good, standard flavor isn’t bad but the seasonal limited edition flavors are sooo much better! Make the apple permanent!!

The first bag was great, with a smooth and normal gummy quality but my next order was grainy and sticky like it was covered in sticky sugar. Will probably order at least one more time but if it’s different again I’ll likely be too disappointed to continue after that.

However, after discontinuing my multivitamin and solely using these gummies, I experienced bone and wrist discomfort, similar to what I typically experience when I do not take my multivitamins. Therefore, I conclude that this product functions as a supplementary item rather than a complete substitute.
