My wife and I love the grain’s. As a starter, we both shared the pack. My wife absolutely loves them and has had great success under other hand and have mixed results. I have spina bifida so I have a lack of sensitivity and control, but this has helped me become more regular the key for me is to be predictable with routine so daily.
