I was very pleased with not just the taste but after 3 days I could feel a difference in my body just feeling like it was more sustained with little things that my body was missing. I stay up on vitamins and eat healthy but in the rush of the days I know I don't get all my nutrients and greens and this made my body feel like I do I will be on them forever!
