I have always had trouble with constipation but not any more. They say nothing about getting reliant to them either they are just good nutrition. I don't ever want to be without them. We travel often and I was previously using a greens powder which was great however totally not convenient. Often but not always it tastes extra metallic. Also some of the pouches don't have a notch to open them and they're hard to open without scissors.
