I am on a glp-1 and had vsg about 5 years ago, so I don't always get all of my nutrients in. This is a convenient and easy way to get everything in, but not feel overfull.

These are so easy to take compared to the powdered greenies, especially for my husband. The cost is kinda steep for us though. I wanted to given them a try for at least 3 months though. Being on a GLP-1, it has definitely been a game changer for keeping things moving and staying comfortable. Prior to starting Gruns, I was having a lot of issues with that.
