I have been taking them for almost 2 weeks, and my digestion is better, my skin is clearer and I feel like I do have more energy.

It's hard enough to find a basic supplement that's gluten free, never mind one that has “greens”/fiber content. My package doesn't say low sugar so how do I know if they are actually low sugar? Also, why do some packs have 7 in the, some have 8, and some have 5.
