I’m loving these little gummies of nutrition! They taste amazing and they help add in nutrients my body needs that I might not be getting from my diet! I’ve tried the regular and the apple and they are both delish! Can’t wait to try the Grinch collab ones!

I was skeptical at first but I had just begun my GLP 1 journey and needed something, anything, to help with the bloating and constipation I had after taking just my first injection. I do feel a slight improvement with energy & clarity which is great because I really wasn't expecting that. The taste of the sugar free Gruns is okay, but for my next upcoming order Im switching to the low sugar gummies because I'm hoping for a little better flavor. Plus the low sugar is low enough that I don't think it'll effect keeping my daily sugar intake at a minimum.

I still ate fruit and vegetables or mainly vegetables but I skip some. I’m totally OK with it because I have the grins and they have made me feel so more energized.
