The number of vitamins contained in a daily pack provides almost every individual vitamin I would need to take daily. Love them and their convenience.

It was either that or constipation. I take gruns every other day and now have normal bowel movements for the first time in my adult life. My bouts of diarrhea have drastically decreased. I recommend gruns to everyone!

Gruins has allowed me to get back to my normal witch thank goodness I needed it. Gruin has all your greens in it to. Helps me not feel all sluggish throughout the day not eating.
