However, they are super tasty and I actually look forward to having my little pouch after lunch. That is so much better than dreading all the pill form vitamins I was taking. The truth is that I had a history of bowel issues from ulcerative colitis, with constipation/diarrhea going in. I was skeptical about the hype, but can say with confidence that these are already helping to keep my bowels much more regular. I REALLY feel much better after only a couple of weeks!
