I have trouble with vitamin pills causing my stomach to get upset, and cause nausea. Since the Gruns are made from food and not chemicals my body seems to accept them better. I will say the flavor leaves a little to be desired but knowing it's good for me I will tolerate it;-)

This bag i got no sugar, it takes a minute to get use to the taste of gummies with no sugar, for my health. After wa few days I was use to the no sugar and my body adapted. It's the 1st time taking so many vitamins and food at one time and having no reaction from gummies. I'm allergic to alot of fruit, veggies, and and this way I can get my fruit, veggies and vitamins in 1 ways and no reaction of allergies to come up! lovely Thanks so much!
