I like the regular ones too - and have found they have the same beneficial affects on my GI tract - but the SF ones have a less "grainy" texture, and has helped with keeping my GI tract more regular. I'm a big fan!

I got them to try a green smoothie and they liked it for 12 seconds before it was "icky" these they think are "green candy" and I use them as a treat at the end of the day if they got a good report at school and were respectful etc. Its been working great and it does seem like its helping my kids behavior too...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Been taking Grüns for about two weeks, and I have found that the description of the product holds true: I have energy, and improved digestion, and just as importantly, it’s easy to take. The flavor has been surprisingly fruity. This actually replaced a somewhat tedious concoction of individual vitamins and supplements that I’ve been taking for years. At this rate, it feels like I’m going to be a long time subscriber. That makes me feel good!
