I like the ease of taking, flavor and benefits of these vitamins HOWEVER, the quality control concerns me. The consistency and quality of texture and taste of gummies is different with every shipment. Sometimes they are dry and chewy, sometimes firm, shiny and moist and other times they are almost slimy. I have to wonder why the production process isn’t more consistent. Does this mean that the product is less nutritious?

It feels somewhat early to say how our bodies are responding/benefitting from them since it's only been 5 days, but so far so good. I will say, the taste is not my favorite since it definitely tastes/smells like vitamins, but that was also to be expected considering how many vitamins/nutrients is packed in.

I like that I can just leave the pack on my desk and grab one as I am doing my work. I used AGs for many many years and while I liked them, trying to get that green drink down was a bit of a chore. I started Gruns Gummies before my GLP1 adventure. All of my GLP 1 friends were suffering with constipation. Pro points: the great popsicle flavor I’ve had no “problems” with my gut.

Oh well, supposed to be the most beneficial with continued use, so I'm sure it all comes out in the end.

It's tough to beat what it provides. I feel like I'm 5 eating a little happy green bear, but that's probably more of a plus than a detriment. It's also reasonable with what's packed in comparison to if I tried to find it regularly in my diet. I don't have to eat raw spinach like a maniac over the sink anymore to catch up on vitamins I miss with my usual diet.
