I have tried all kinds of vitamins and supplements in addition to prescribed medications. Nothing worked. Gruns was a last ditch effort. I was shocked, that, within a few days there were results. I had my first normal bowel movement in ten years. I take a lot of medication and to have a tasty alternative to more pills - is a fantastic bonus.
