[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a woman in my early 40s, I began having some perimenopause symptoms a few years ago, the most bothersome being digestive issues. I gave Gruns a try not expecting much, but curious from all of the reviews I’ve seen on social media. I’m about a year in, and still take them daily. Besides tasting great, they’ve helped with regularity, cognition (I no longer get mid day brain fog), and energy (I’m sleeping better). If I go more than 3-4 days without taking them, I absolutely notice that my prior symptoms return. I also travel a lot for work and if I don’t take my Gruns, I could go 4-5 days without a bowel movement. I would highly recommend these vitamins!

It feels somewhat early to say how our bodies are responding/benefitting from them since it's only been 5 days, but so far so good. I will say, the taste is not my favorite since it definitely tastes/smells like vitamins, but that was also to be expected considering how many vitamins/nutrients is packed in.

Canceled so no more would come tried to return but no, won’t refund. So it sits cuz I can’t get past the smell. Oh and it doesn’t work.
