Gummy bear shape doesn’t make me feel like I’m doing a chore. It’s more like having a snack. And they honestly have a decent taste. Not sugary like a candy gummy bear. But not too vitamin-y either. Only have been taking for a month. But I can say my hair seems better and I have more energy.
