My only issue is that the mineral content of these gummies are low compared to the daily value of vitamins they are able to pack into these. This means you either need to be consuming a well rounded diet or get your minerals from another supplement. Otherwise, I love the core nutrient blend and how easy it is to take them compared to capsules.

(1 net carbs) but I am not doing net carbs yet. Maybe when I’m further along in my journey, I will switch back. I also didn’t notice a difference with my poop.

Also, I have never been able to remember to do so consistently. My only problem is that I need to have you stop sending them for a couple of months since originally you were sending two packages every time. I live by myself. And at 74. Years old I have plenty right now. It’s a great product though
