I recently started Tirazepatide and that just made matters worse. In the online discussion forums the biggest question was how to battle constipation and consistently Gruns was named. This is now my second month and the jury is still out on whether my focus is better, and so far I don't see any results at all with skin and hair. I'm very happy that all the supplements are taken care of in one delicious dose. Nevertheless, I still think it's VERY pricey and more than I would pay for the vitamins I was previously buying. Price is the only reason it's 4 instead of 5 stars.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like them enough to eat a pack a day. They are chewy, soft, and sweet enough, even though I chose the low sugar kind. Don’t smell them or you won’t eat them, I tried giving one to my kid and that was the first thing he did, nothing after that. The smell is different, but it’s not terrible. I’ve only had them for less than a week now, they will help your stomach get regular, if you know what I mean. I felt like I didn’t have energy one afternoon, and ate a pack and that gave me a kick to wake up right away. So, they give you energy, are sweet enough and help you get regular.

We've been taking them for months by purchasing them directly at the store. These Grüns gummies sorta remind me of the flinstone vitamins that you take as a kid. Initially you’re eating them because you know they’re good for you, but overtime, they become a treat that I look forward to every day. The overall flavor and texture is good! And they’re super convenient to grab on my way out the door. Wayyyyy prefer this over drinking some powdered mixture
