Not critically slow, but a little help in that area does help to maintain healthy rhythm and your product was specifically recommended by my doctors and I am very happy with the results. As to the taste. Not bad, but you're never going to get a Michelin Star.

Sometimes the gummies are slimy, sticky and greasy and disgusting and sometimes they have a decent coating and taste fine. I thought I figured out that the no sugar ones were worse, but I just got a shipment of the ones with sugar and they're gross.

I subscribed and paid one price then only a few weeks later Gruns tried charging me one and a half more than the original price so what incentive is there to subscribing? Wish I knew.
