They taste good in my opinion and they're a nice little snack to end my day. I just wish they weren't so expensive. I can't commit to using these for much longer unfortunately.

I did not open my package until a week after it arrived, but I’ve been taking them faithfully for the last week or so - no after taste - no side effects, they sort of melt in your mouth. They taste really well. The smell originally is like chlorophyll you can almost smell the greens and vegetables that are in these chewy. I like the way it breaks down, easy to chew, and easy to digest. It’s easily digested, which means that it’s breaking down and going directly into my system. I’m very happy that I saw this advertisement on IG and right now I am determined to continue purchasing. There have not been any side effects, I’m full of energy and looking forward to seeing how I feel after taking the vitamins for the full month. Stay tuned!!

My only issue is that the mineral content of these gummies are low compared to the daily value of vitamins they are able to pack into these. This means you either need to be consuming a well rounded diet or get your minerals from another supplement. Otherwise, I love the core nutrient blend and how easy it is to take them compared to capsules.

So much so, my wife was convinced there must be stevia or some sweetener hiding in the ingredients. Nope just clean ingredients that taste great. My hair is more smooth and soft, with new growth. I have more energy, don't struggle out of bed anymore. I have to trim my nails alot now and my family even noticed on their own.
