My package doesn’t say low sugar so how do I know if they are actually low sugar? Also, why do some packs have 7 in the, some have 8, and some have 5. Seems odd to have that inconsistency in each package.

Both are still sitting in cupboard waiting for me to finish them. Gruns is different, they really dont have a strong taste of anything so eating them has been easy. I am half way thru the bag, which is more than I can say for the previously tried products! Getting my daily fiber has never been this easy for me.

They are the first vitamin/supplement that I’ve been able to consistently keep my husband and teenage son on with zero pushback or complaints! I feel great knowing they are getting so many nutrients now that they were missing in their diets! They don’t even mention about them being sugar free. We are all getting healthier and it’s so easy to stick to it!
