So I has seen gruns advertised on social media for a few months and just so happens I went out for sushi and I was so backed up for 2 days so I was like let’s give this a try. And I am so happy!!! Not only does it keep me regular but it makes me feel healthier. I love that it is a multi vitamin that is fun and easy to eat. I am very bad about incorporating new supplements into my routine but the individual packets and candy like vitamin make it fun and easy to take 😃

Keep them in your purse so if you forget to take them you can have them on hand. True story-I missed a dose yesterday and I was bloated and very uncomfortable! Do this for yourself.
