I have consistently taken them everyday for 6 weeks and the results have really worked!! My sugar cravings aren't near as prevalent through out the day and my bloating has diminished significantly! They do make me gassey, however I think that is why I am not bloating as much. The taste is like eating a gummie sugar treat without the negative effects of grocery store gummies! I split them up and eat four in the morning and four in the afternoon. This has helpedbme with the midday crashes and sugar cravings! Excellent product that I will continue to rave about!!!

The ease of use is great. Having a packet to grab on the go is a big plus. I have nutrition absorption issues so having methylated B12 and folate are helpful for my gut.
