I also like that they have reasonable amounts of vitamins rather than others that have a million times the recommended amounts. They taste good and the individual packets are convenient.

Great way to get vitamins. I take the packet with me in my lunch box. I like it is all organic. I do like the kids version better but the adult version is softer and a little more earthy smelling. I have taken them daily for 7 days. I like the little text reminders in the mornings and also positive comments from the company!

It’s hard enough to find a basic supplement that’s gluten free, never mind one that has “greens”/fiber content. Gruns has met all of the above requirements - yes - you can tell it’s a supplement and not a candy, but being on a gluten free diet I’m used to different textures - lol

There's a marked improvement in my digestive health, sleep, and mood. I can't express how much I love these little gummies! I told myself I would give them a 3 month trial run and decide if they were worth it going forward. Now I make a point to make room in my budget for them.

Taste is very good and they're so easy to take no need to mix and water or choke down nasty green shakes. The only complaint I have at this point is there way too sweet there's too much sugar in them. I'll try a sugar-free next time but I have to research the artificial sweeteners that they are using first. I will laud them for not using sugar alcohols!
