I purchased gruns based on the reviews I read and am glad I did. Not only did I not have nausea I also didn’t have constipation. I have lost weight by using portion control and eating a high protein/fiber diet. I can’t imagine being on a glp1 without taking gruns which is high in vitamins and minerals that I will need to make this endeavor successful. Good luck on your journey, and buy you some gruns. It’s really helpful.

I was on a subscription for 3 bags, and after agreeing to try a single trial bag of a new flavor, my subscription was automatically increased to 4 bags without my approval. That felt misleading and frustrating, especially since this product is not cheap. On top of that, the quality has been inconsistent. The gummy bears often arrive hard and in irregular sizes, which makes it feel like there’s a lack of quality control. For the price, there’s just no room for these kinds of errors. Unfortunately, between the subscription issue and the product quality, I can’t recommend this.
