While the product is easy to use, I was not particularly impressed with the taste, as I found them to be quite sweet. For those considering this product, the sugar-free option may be a better choice, although I have not personally tried it. In terms of results, I did not notice any significant changes in my digestive health, and the product did not have a noticeable effect on bowel regularity. In my experience, over-the-counter fiber supplements have been more effective for digestive support. Additionally, it was difficult to determine the level of nutritional benefit provided by the greens. Overall, this product did not meet my expectations, and I likely would not purchase it again.
