While talking with my brother, he mentioned he takes Gruns, so I figured I'd give it a try. I did some reasearch and feel the benefits are worth the money and the taste is great. I like the fact that they are gummies and are a little treat each and every day. I am glad to be a convert to Gruns and recommend them to friends and family:)
