Don't let them lie to you. LOL its a VITAMIN GUMMY. It smells like a vitamin gummy has a thick chewy texture sort of like a soft twizzler, and its a bit grainy. Taste is tolerable however for $30 a box i dont feel confident i'll finish the product to see or feel the benefits, because the smell alone YIKES!

My bowel movements were always inconsistent before but now they are on a regular basis. Im no longer skeptical, Gruns really does work and they don't taste bad either.
