One thing I really appreciated is that I could start with small pieces of a gummy to make sure I tolerated it well before taking a full serving. After doing that, I was able to work my way up to two gummies a day with no issues. They're surprisingly tasty, and I've noticed I have fewer cravings since I started taking them. I also love that they come in convenient little packets that are easy to toss in my purse and take on the go. Even the reminder texts don't bother me—they help me stay consistent. First time trying this product! Flavor is not my favorite, but when I put them in the fridge, I do enjoy them more! Though the flavor is not my favorite, they work really well! They do as they advertise, so I will continue ye to use them to my advantage!
