It helps me fulfill all of my vitamin goals for the day & helps my tummy with any occasional issues I used to have. I can definitely tell when I miss a day. I do prefer the sugar free instead of the low sugar option!

The first thing I did was order gruns due to the constant insta ads. I have not had the excess nausea that is typical. I don't ever go more than 2 or 3 days without going to the bathroom. I haven't had to take a laxative once. I feel pretty lucky and I never miss my baggie every day. Love!

While talking with my brother, he mentioned he takes Gruns, so I figured I'd give it a try. I did some reasearch and feel the benefits are worth the money and the taste is great. Have tried both sugar and sugar - free and the sugar-free is perfect as it is just the right amount of sweetness. This product has increased my energy level and regularity. I definitely recommend this product, especially for anyone on GLP-1 medication.

The flavors they occasionally come out with do not seem gritty and taste so much better. I wish other flavors were always an option.
