After 12 days of Gruns - I have finally been regular (starting day 4) - not perfect but the "old train is dumping cars off the tracks". Hubby is happy as I am not as grumpy though he still says I am full of "crap"... Will continue as it is working and I feel better. There is an old joke about the colon being the boss of the body because if it isn't working, nothing else is efficient. I totally believe it.

Some packs are extremely dry upon opening. To the point they are more white than green in appearance and feel like dry sand. Sometimes the packs are so wet they leave a film on our hands. We have also noticed a discrepancy in how many gummies are in each bag. We have on occasion had 3 gummies in a bag and sometimes up to 9. We love the product.
