I am confident that they are a big contributor to keeping me going regularly which is a big concern when being on the GP1 shots. I will continue to take these.

I can throw a pack in my kids lunch and I feel like they're getting some nutrition and a treat all in one. My nails have never been so strong. The whole family including the husband eats them daily.

Since I just started a GLP-1, I like feeling like I'm filling any nutrient gaps I may have. The taste is... edible. I'm not a huge fan, but can get them down without problem. I guess it's good they don't taste like candy or I might be tempted to eat 2 bags!

I run very hot. And only since taken these has my bp been normal. I've noticed its not a good idea to take them at night because I feel wired. My brain won't shut off. Eating a pack with lunch seems to be perfect.

Unlike so many other reviews I haven't noticed a change in my hair, nails or skin. I keep taking them because it's easy to remember, unlike other vitamins.
