I find them a little gritty but don't mind it; it just reminds me I'm eating my greens, something I'm otherwise reluctant to do. They're an acquired taste that's growing on me and I look forward to my daily pack now. I do have issues with frequent constipation and I don't believe my body has settled in with Gruns as yet.
