If I had one critique it would be the packaging isn’t always consistent so some months it’s harder to get into the packs than others and also the gummies themselves are slimy some months and leave residue on your fingers.

My bloated stomach is gone. Going to the bathroom is the best thing. Make sure you put your pouches in the refrigerator. They do taste better.

I have a shelf full of suppliments, but they don't work if I don't take them. These little pouches are super convenient and make it so easy to be consistent.
