Everything I had heard about the effect of GLP-1 on the GI was true (I experienced some of it) but I honestly feel that already being on Grüns helped a lot and everything quickly corrected.

That has improved and overall I feel better. Not to mention they are really good. You don't have to remind me to take these. I love them!

These were great to take on a trip with me and make sure i was still getting all my vitamins and fiber, the individual packaging is great!

I was also hoping to experience the “more regular” outcome that these gummies advertise, but I have not noticed that effect yet. I am hopeful that with a bit more time I will see that result as well. Initially, I was not a fan of the taste of the first gummy, but as I continued eating them throughout the pack, I began to enjoy the flavor. Now I actually have to remind myself to only eat one pack.
