I’m never getting enough nutrients and in return, never using the bathroom. 🙈 I was also stuck at 192 lbs for over a month and I really didn’t want to increase my dosage so I gave these gummies a try. After a week, I’m down to 188 and finally able to visit the bathroom. I’ll take that as a win!

They don't make any noticeable difference in my life, and I kind of think I am wasting money by continuing to subscribe. They do taste good, and my husband likes them.
