By the 3rd time taking them I loved the flavor and now look forward to taking them. I began taking Gruins for overall health but more so for my gut health. I started to notice a difference after taking them for a few weeks. I am definitely more regular than before taking Gruins. I highly recommend this product to others.

Sometimes i don't eat enough veggies and worry if that will affect my overall health long term, but now that worry is a thing of the past. I was taking a GLP1 at the time so I think that had some to do with it not tasting great. I am now off of the medicine and I have no problem eating them along with my breakfast.
