My daughter and I split a pack on the way to the gym in the morning and then another later in the afternoon for a pick me up. I definitely feel a boost of energy & they are tasty so the feel healthy but taste like a treat.

I felt a noticeable difference in my energy levels and my cognitive functioning after about 10 days. I'm post-menopausal and have been experiencing brain fog for a while to the point it was starting to impact my work. I'm also on the weight-loss shots and was concerned about getting enough nutrients because I seemed to be increasingly tired. About the 10th day, I actually realized I was not feeling tired at all and hadn't had any "What was I just saying" brain-fog moments for a few days! The only thing I don’t like is the flavor. I took off a star for that. It could just be my tastebuds and others may love them.
