I’m on a GLP-1 med and heard this has worked wonders for helping with the awful backup that GLP-1 meds & allll the protein eating can cause! Well..It’s def worked/helled!!! The taste was bear-able (get it) & I see a difference in my energy during the day as well! Try it…if you’re like me, you’ll be glad you did!!! 🧸❤️

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m super sensitive to vitamin smells, Gruns has a slight vitamin smell but the taste isn’t too bad once you eat your first bear. Im only a week into it but I'm hopeful that they are doing good things for my body. I’ll update when I’m a month in.

My package doesn’t say low sugar so how do I know if they are actually low sugar? Also, why do some packs have 7 in the, some have 8, and some have 5. Seems odd to have that inconsistency in each package.

I've been taking these for just over a month and while I don't have the amazing gastro benefits like others have had while using GLP-1, I still think they are beneficial enough to continue taking.

I can’t say I really see any results yet, after only taking Gruns regularly for a week, but I feel good. Taste is mild, not the best but not the worst supplement I’ve ever had.
