The taste is surprising, and instead of strawberry, I'm getting more of a raisins or prunes taste, which I'm fine with. I like both! I'm hopeful that I will start to notice less fogginess and better focus with a little more time. I take these every day and look forward to every little improvement in my health!!

The smell of them turned me off at first but the taste was different than the smell so I just don’t sniff them. 😂 I started these one day before starting a GLP1 and so far am having no trouble with constipation.
